Consulting for owners and senior managers

You already know your own pattern.

You could name it in one sentence — you have probably named it out loud to somebody. And the next time the ground moved under you it ran anyway, exactly as it had run before.

That is not weakness and it is not your character. Naming a thing and being free of it are two different pieces of work — and understanding only ever does the first. The second is the one I do, and you do it with me.

Who this is for

You run something, and your judgment is mostly good.

That is what makes the one exception expensive — it does not answer to competence, and you cannot out-work it.

This is for you if

  • You own a company, or you answer for part of one: the team, the delivery, the number at the end of the quarter.
  • You have already bought the processes, the consultants and the coaching, and each of them gave you something real.
  • You have noticed that some of your decisions are not yours.
  • You can describe your own pattern in one accurate sentence, and it still runs.

This is not for you if

  • You came for a calming practice, or for five minutes of quiet.
  • You are looking for a faster version of coaching.
  • You want a promise that your result will match somebody else's.
  • You want the thing taken off you and repaired while you watch.

If you recognize the pattern but do not carry the company yet, start with the book. If what you want is to hand the thing over and come back when it is fixed, my honest answer is: not yet. Not yet does not mean never.

Two doors, on purpose

  • The School of Informational Yoga is a path of practice: levels, a curriculum, an application of its own and prices of its own. If that is what you came for, it is at info-yoga.com.
  • This page is consulting — your problem, a horizon we fix before we start, and a price I state before you decide. It has its own door, at the bottom. Some people do both. Nobody has to.
What I work on

The decision in front of you, and what answers before you do.

Two kinds of work, and I do both — usually inside the same hour. Business and private life are not kept apart here, because the thing that answers first does not know the difference.

The decision in front of you

  • The one you are holding now. We take it apart together until you can see the chain behind it and the answer is yours.
  • Whose hand is on it — a partner's, a parent's, an old boss's, the noise of the market. We find what is being pulled, and you stop being obedient to it.
  • The conflict in your company that has a name and no end — the politics, and the two people who cannot be in one room.
  • Burnout — not a holiday from it, but the thing that keeps bringing you back.

What is underneath it

  • The place where you stop, shown to you at the moment it happens — not at the post-mortem.
  • The people around you. Partners, the top team, the one relationship that is costing you sleep.
  • The attention that is being spent without asking you — fewer thoughts on a loop, and quieter nights.
  • The company as a place where people bring problems to each other, instead of fighting each other over them.

What these have in common is that each one runs on something written in you — and each one moves when that is changed. That is the part I work on, and the part the other tools stop short of.

What it costs

A pattern has an author.

A partner conflict that has now happened in two companies, with two different partners, along the same lines. A team that goes flat under you, so you carry it. The decision you froze on under pressure, the same way you froze the time before, though you knew better. The ceiling you have pushed against for years with more effort and no more result.

The scenery changes and the people change, and the result comes back wearing the same face. Something writes that — not the market, and not your luck.

Count what it has taken — and you should, because it is the only number in any of this that means anything. Take the last time it ran. Count what that one repeat cost you: a quarter, a key person, a partner, a company. Then count the times.

Where the usual tools end

Each one is worth its money. Each ends at the same threshold.

Each of these does honest work. This is not an argument against them.

Coaching
Works on behavior: what you do once you are already deciding.
Consulting
Works on process: the system around the decision, never the one making it.
Therapy
Works in words, and words reach a great deal.
Meditation
Brings a temporary calm, but it does not change the reaction itself.

Every one of them works with the person who is answering — not with the thing that answers first.

What happens in that moment

Between what happens and what you do, there is supposed to be a gap.

This is not medicine and not psychotherapy, and it replaces neither. It is not a substitute for consulting a relevant specialist.

A slit, one moment wide, and everything fits into it: you can see what is being pressed in you, and you can choose not to press back. That is the whole of an ordinary freedom — not the freedom of slogans, but the everyday freedom of knowing why you want what you want.

In one place, that gap is gone — the event touches a spot, and the answer is already running.

An ordinary evening at my own table, supper finished, the plates still in front of us. Somebody close says, in passing and with no ill meaning at all: "You never finish anything you start." Everything in me had risen before the sentence ended: the familiar tightening in the chest, the body knowing its line by heart, the first words already on my tongue. I was too slow to stop it forming — it formed itself, in a fraction of a second, without my leave. The work began a moment later, when I noticed it. I saw what it had caught on, and I saw that the sharp answer was the line worn thinnest of all. In that short slit I did not let it jump. I did not swallow it and I did not pretend I did not care. I looked at it, and it settled, the way silt settles when you stop stirring the glass. Then I answered from somewhere quieter than I had meant to.

That was a kitchen table, and the cost of getting it wrong was an evening. The same thing runs a negotiation — and there it is not free.

It is not your character. It is a record, written into you once, usually early and usually by somebody else, and carried out ever since whenever the right spot is touched. It is held in the body, as a tension that fires before the mind is asked anything, and it is held in place by your believing that it is simply you.

This is what the word in the school's name means. Information is not the news and not a feed. It is what is written in you: the record, the spot that triggers it, the answer it gives. Reading that, and rewriting it, is the whole of the work.

That is why understanding on its own has never removed it. You cannot take off what you take for yourself, because you defend it as yourself.

It survives by dressing itself as a virtue, and it picks the virtue you are proudest of.

In me it wore sobriety, and for twenty years I called it seeing things clearly. Look at your own. The one who carries everything alone, because you are the one who can. The one who keeps control, because the last time you let go it went badly. Each of those is a real strength, and each is exactly the coat a record puts on in somebody who runs things.

The work

A living session, between two.

There is nothing recorded to watch instead of me, there is no group, and I take every session myself.

What you tell me stays between us. No student is quoted here or anywhere; the school values your incognito over any proof your story would bring.

It starts with one diagnostic session: one question, one honest read, and a written next step. After it we both decide. Then four movements, trained rather than explained, in this order.

01

You see it rise

Catch it at the moment it fires, by its trace in the body — not at the post-mortem, when it is too late.

02

You hold the slit

Stay in the gap between the press and the answer instead of being carried through it — not swallowing it, and not feeding it.

03

You go to the record

Find where it sits in the body, then take apart what keeps it there: the tension that holds it, and the belief that seals it.

04

You answer from there

Build the answer you chose, and keep it until it holds when the pressure is real.

  • Online, one-to-one
  • Twice a week, ninety minutes
  • One month or three
  • Practice and a diary between sessions
  • No recordings, no group

The horizon is fixed before we start: one month for one pattern, three for the deeper work. So is the price, which I state at the diagnostic session and do not change during the work. Sessions are in English or Ukrainian. My working windows cover Central European time, Kyiv included. Afterwards, if you want it, I stay on as a mentor: you bring the live decisions, and I hold the line with you.

There is no technique on this page — and not out of stinginess. The mechanics ask for a sensitivity you do not get from a line of text, and whoever works them blind, from a recipe, wakes what they do not yet know how to settle. That part is work, not a page.

And you do the work. This is not a quick repair done for you while you watch — it is work in which you are a participant, not a thing being fixed.

Founder · The school's only master

I lost the same company twice, and the second one had a different name. What changed it was seven years of work with a mentor, from the body up to the deep practices of Raja yoga, in which I found the records that had been running my decisions and learned to change them. Over those years the debts closed and the work steadied.

In just over five years more than 250 people from over 30 countries have completed the programs of the School of Informational Yoga, which I built. The work on this page is one-to-one, and I take every session myself.

Since 2016 I have run delivery in IT, and I do that today in Dubai on large e-commerce and data projects. I have taught delivery management to other managers. In parallel I sit with entrepreneurs and leaders on the question this page is about: how their own records block their business. This method was not built away from the world. It is tested every working week, by me, inside deadlines and real accountability.

Three things I will not dress up

  • There is no school standing behind me and no teacher whose name I could sign under. I put this together from a mentor, from practice and from my own mistakes, and the word "master" next to my name was put there by me.
  • I will not quote students at you. They have stories; they will tell them when they decide to.
  • This is not medicine and not psychotherapy, and it replaces neither. I do not promise you anyone else's result.
Boundaries

What this is — and what it is not

A serious practice draws a clear line. Read this before you begin.

  • Looking for a quick jolt of motivation — this will not give you that.
  • Wanting to consume content passively, without applying anything — the method will not meet you there.
  • Expecting a finished solution handed to you, without doing the practice yourself — that is not how this school works.

Informational Yoga is an educational and spiritual-practical system. It is not medical care, not psychotherapy, and not a substitute for consulting a relevant specialist — and not a substitute for faith, prayer, or the church. Nor is it altering consciousness with substances: we use no drugs of any kind.

I do not guarantee identical results for every person. The work happens in what you do between sessions — not in the sessions alone.

When you are ready, the way in is one session.

Book a diagnostic session

Write to hello@info-yoga.com and tell me, in one sentence, what keeps coming back. I read every message myself — and answer within two business days.

The diagnostic session is where we both decide. I do not take everyone, and I will say so plainly. I do not hurry you either — no rush, no pressure, and no demand to decide today.
