Public Offer Agreement

Public Offer Agreement Effective date: to be confirmed at launch. This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a binding agreement between the School of Informational Yoga ("the School") and any individual ("the Member") who accepts the terms set out herein by completing the enrollment process. 1. Subject of the Agreement The School provides access to educational content, structured curriculum materials, and one-to-one sessions with an assigned master in accordance with the membership tier selected by the Member at enrollment. The subject matter is the practice of Informational Hygiene as developed and taught by the School. 2. Acceptance Acceptance of this Agreement occurs when the Member completes the enrollment form, confirms their tier selection, and processes their first membership payment. By doing so, the Member agrees to the terms of this Agreement in full. 3. Membership Tiers and Fees Membership is offered at four tiers: Explorer (free), Basic, Advanced, and Expert. Fees, session allocations, and content access rights for each tier are published on the Membership page at the time of enrollment and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. 4. Billing and Renewal Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis, on the same calendar date as the initial enrollment. Membership renews automatically unless the Member gives 30 days notice of cancellation. The School provides a receipt by email for every charge. 5. Master Assignment Following enrollment, the School assigns a master to the Member within two working days. Assignment is made by the School and is not subject to selection by the Member, though the School considers practical factors including language and timezone in making the assignment. 6. Integration Pause Members at any paid tier may pause their membership once per calendar year for a period of up to one calendar month. The pause must be scheduled in advance with the assigned master. No fee is charged during a confirmed pause period. 7. Tier Changes Tier changes take effect from the next billing cycle. Downgrades are confirmed with the assigned master before being processed. Upgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. 8. Cancellation Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Cancellation by the Member does not entitle the Member to a refund of fees already charged except as provided in the Refund Policy. 9. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the School is registered. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated. 10.
