Informational Yoga. The Beginning
Written in Ukrainian and English by the author.
If you arrived here from the book, this is the school it came from.
About the book →To create a new culture of interaction with information, in which a person restores connection with themselves, breaks free from the informational programs that govern their life, and awakens the energy of creation.
An informational program is a stable complex of perception, emotional reaction, bodily state, and behaviour that fires automatically in a given situation — for example, the tension that rises the instant an unread-message notification appears.
Here is what I teach:
- Cleanse the informational space of body, energy, and mindGet rid of informational clutter, chaos, destructive programs, and inner blocks.
- Awaken awareness of your true natureSeparate the activity of the mind from the state of volitional presence, recognize your own mechanisms of consciousness and manage them.
- Master the three key instruments — Will, Faith, and AttentionSo that a person sees the causes and consequences of their own actions and takes responsibility for them — rather than shifting it onto someone else, or using it to excuse their own weakness.
- Awaken the energy of the creatorNot merely react to the world, but shape it through a state of clarity, harmony, and inner strength.
- Build healthy energetic-informational connections with the worldIn relationships, business, creativity, service — from a position of love, inner order, and authentic Self.
What this is, plainly:
- A modern system for working with information, consciousness, and energyThe School combines Raja Yoga, modern psychology, and work with information as vibration — what the body emits and reads — a practical path from chaos and overwhelm to clarity, inner grounding, and command of your own state.
- A space of deep transformation and correction of informational programsWe help cleanse the body, energy, and psyche from informational clutter, blocks, and destructive structures, so a person unlocks creative energy.
- An ecosystem for the development of a new generationThe School is not a course, but a path — from information hygiene and basic yoga to master level and mentorship.
What information is
Everything that exists moves. A star, a cell, a thought — each has its own rhythm. These oscillations are not mute: they carry the state of whatever produced them. That is what I call information: the trace of a state that any system gives off into the world by the very fact of existing.
So information is not only text and not only news. A glance, a tone of voice, a memory, a pain in your back — all of it is information. It has a source. It has a charge. And it keeps working in you even after you have forgotten it.
What the information field is
Every living system radiates. The heart — an electrocardiogram writes it down. The brain — an electroencephalogram. The muscles — an electromyogram. The body gives its state away around the clock — it does not ask your permission.
Now put it together. Countless systems — people, places, communities, the universe itself — radiate at once, and their waves overlap; a physicist would call it superposition. That overlap is what I call the information field: a space in which the states of all systems are present at once and interact. You walk into a room after a quarrel — the quarrel is over, yet the air is hard to breathe. That is it.
How a person lives in the field
We are not spectators of the field. We are part of it. The sense organs are only the first gate; beyond them the body's whole electrical network receives — nerves, brain, neural connections. Yoga described this receiver long before instruments did: along the spine runs sushumna, the central channel. Above muladhara, sushumna passes smoothly into what I call the lens of the universe — the point where information wider than your own body becomes available to you. The lens is not sushumna itself; it is what sushumna opens into. The image is mine, and I teach how to make it an experience.
Most of what you catch never reaches consciousness. It does not vanish — it settles in the body: in the breath, the jaw, the shoulders — and it steers your reactions before you have had time to think. A person who does not train the observation of their own state lives in the field blind.
Spirit and matter — one world
I do not divide the world into the spiritual and the material. The field is one; the levels differ. Will, faith and attention are not abstractions — they are the three ways you choose what to take from the field and what to give into it. Attention decides what you pick up. Faith — what you let in. Will — what you radiate yourself. Change what you give off, and what you resonate with changes. That is how the inner works on the outer. That is how a person changes their reality: not by magic — by changing their own state, which the field carries onward.
Yoga and science
Science is not a verdict; it is a process. Physics is not finished: it keeps discovering laws it did not know yesterday. What no instrument writes down yet does not necessarily not exist — sometimes it only means the instrument is not ready. For thousands of years yoga documented observation from within; science measures from without. I stand on that seam. And I ask no one to take my word for it: everything I teach is checked in one's own state — yours.
Where the line runs
If you believe and your faith holds you, read on in peace: I have not come to take your God.
What is studied and worked with in the School is the principles and mechanisms of consciousness. That is where the line comes from. Two different things are usually called by one word here. There is faith as a faculty — the strength by which a person leans on what they cannot yet see. And there is the one they believe in. The School works only with the first. Whom you believe in is your own business and will not become ours: we work with how you believe, not with whom.
And plainly about how this is built: the practices are made so that what a person believes without examining it becomes visible. That is not a side effect — it is what they are for. Once it is visible, you accept it consciously, correct it, or go deeper into its causes — yourself. From there it is individual work, not a page and not a course. The decision at every step is yours, including the decision to stop.
This school is not a religious organisation. We work on a person's development and we do not speak about what cannot be felt or used — so you will hear nothing here about salvation, the church, or confession. Not because we are against them; because it is not our work. The school replaces no one's God and makes no claim on the place of confession.
There is no worship here, no rites, no initiations and no vows — at no level.
I envision a future in which every person knows how their consciousness, informational field, and energy work — a future where information does not govern people, but serves them.
Embodied in practice:
- A person living in a state of clarity, presence, and inner strengthEvery person understands how consciousness works, can cleanse information, and manage their own state through will, attention, and bodily awareness.
- A culture of conscious interactionInformational hygiene, emotional cleanliness, and energetic ecology become as natural as physical health — information used as a tool for growth, not a source of chaos.
- Informational Yoga as a new standard for personal and professional developmentA system that becomes the foundation of future education: in psychology, relationships, management, business, spiritual growth, and creativity.
The Three Principles
Purity of Informational Space
The inner space holds everything you have taken in — images, words, emotions, programs accumulated over years. Purity of the informational space means cleansing what no longer serves and protecting what does. It is not about cutting off the world; it is about choosing what passes through.
- Physical cleansing — identifying and releasing muscular blocks that store informational imprints.
- Energetic cleansing — work with energy, that is, with the body's capacity to do work; entered through the emotional layer, by breathing and attention.
- Mental clearing — detecting and neutralising programs: whole constructions that run on their own (a fear that fires the same way every time; a scenario you repeat). Separately from them, the residue the mind leaves behind: a reaction, a conclusion written into the personality as experience. Residue comes off with basic techniques; a program does not — it has to be taken apart.
Attention–Will–Faith
Attention shapes what enters. Will determines what you do with it. Faith is a force of the psyche that can be directed deliberately; the trust that grows through practice and sustains the work when it is difficult is one case of it. These three are inseparable and developed together.
- Attention training — focusing on bodily sensations, flows, and informational signals without drifting into fantasy.
- Will activation — performing actions from the inner center, shifting states, and launching practices through volitional intention. States change as a natural response to directed attention and to breathing and physical exercise; all of them are working conditions, and the practice teaches you to change them deliberately, «як одяг» — like clothes.
- Working with faith — forming an inner foundation that allows transforming programs and sustaining a new state.
Real Interaction with Informational Programs
An informational program is a living pattern — in the body, in the mind, in the energy field. Real interaction means meeting these programs consciously: not suppressing them, not being governed by them, but working with them directly.
- Detecting a program through the body — finding the sensation that corresponds to the informational structure.
- Dialogue and acceptance — establishing contact with the program without resistance, which opens the possibility of transformation.
- Rewriting — changing the source of nourishment of the program, replacing reactions, and forming a new mechanism of behavior.
What we teach
We don't teach how to 'filter content' or 'sit on the phone less.' We show how to consciously build an information environment that nourishes, not exhausts.
What this is — and what it is not
A serious practice draws a clear line. Read this before you begin.
- Looking for a quick jolt of motivation — this will not give you that.
- Wanting to consume content passively, without applying anything — the method will not meet you there.
- Expecting a finished solution handed to you, without doing the practice yourself — that is not how this school works.
Informational Yoga is an educational and spiritual-practical system. It is not medical care, not psychotherapy, and not a substitute for consulting a relevant specialist — and not a substitute for faith, prayer, or the church. Nor is it altering consciousness with substances: we use no drugs of any kind.
The School does not guarantee identical results for every person. The work happens in what you do between sessions with your master — not in the sessions alone.
This is a path, not a course.
Apply, and go as deep as you choose — under the guidance of a master, never an automated system.
