You live in a field you cannot see. But your body feels it every second..

Everything that exists gives off its state: people, objects, nature, cities — everything in the Universe. Those waves overlap, amplifying or cancelling one another — and that overlap is what I call the informational field: a space in which the states of all systems are present at once and interact. You are not a spectator in it. You are a receiver and a transmitter at once: the body picks up the field before the mind does, and it broadcasts your state back into it without asking permission. Informational Yoga is the skill of reading what you pick up — and choosing what you send out.

For those ready for deep work on themselves.

I check my phone in the morning too.

Your body already knows this

You have felt the field for years. You just never had a word for it.

A few things you have most likely noticed — and put down to mood.

— Some people leave you full, others leave you empty. Even when the conversation was the same.

— You walk into a room and know within half a second whether it is safe. Before you have had time to look around.

— Someone else's anxiety reaches you without a single word. So does calm — though less often.

— The same piece of news breaks you in one state and merely informs you in another.

— You understand your own patterns, and you still repeat them.

— Meditation brings temporary calm, but it doesn't change the underlying reaction.

This is not intuition and not mysticism. It is the body doing what it is built for: receiving the field and answering it. Nobody simply showed you that the receiver can be steered.

You cannot step out of the field. But you can choose who you are in it.

One term

What an informational program is.

An informational program is a piece of the field that settled in you and tied perception, emotion, body and action into a single automatism. A notification appears — you don't yet know who it's from, and already something has tightened, the shoulders have gone up, the hand has reached out. You did not decide that. It was decided for you long ago — and ever since it has been answering in your place.

How the work goes

Receiver. Archive. Transmitter. And the silence it is all done from.

These are not steps you take one after another — they are three things your body does at the same time, without you. The work is to see each of them and take back command.

01 — Receiver

See what you are actually picking up.

Most signals from the field never reach consciousness — they settle in the breath, the jaw, the shoulders. The first skill is noticing what has arrived while it is still a signal, before it becomes your mood.

02 — Archive

Read what is already written.

The body keeps every charge that never got to discharge. We follow the tension to its source — not in the imagination, but in your own sequence of events — and release it on three levels at once: body, energy, mind.

03 — Transmitter

Choose what you give into the field.

Attention decides what you pick up. Faith — what you let in. Will — what you radiate. Three instruments that change not the world but your own state — and the field carries that state onward.

04 — Silence

Find the place in you where the field is quiet.

There is a state in which you receive nothing and send nothing — you simply are. From there you can see where you end and the field begins. It is not the goal. It is the ground everything else is done from.

What you learn to do

Not "become someone else". Hear the field — without being its echo.

I am not promising enlightenment. I am naming what you will check on yourself in the first months — without taking my word for it.

— Feel which state came from outside and which is yours — at the moment it arrives.

— Find the place in the body where tension sits, and follow it to its cause.

— Stop a reaction between the signal and the act — where there used to be no gap at all.

— Enter someone else's field — a conversation, a room, a feed — and leave it as yourself.

Set your own state for the day, rather than receiving it passively.

— Use the practices without permanent dependence on the master.

Not an app.
Two fields, one conversation.

A session is an hour in which my field and yours overlap. I hear your state with the same receiver we have been talking about — and I lead where your body is already pointing. Not a recorded video, not a chatbot, not a group. The screen breaks nothing: the field has a complex, multidimensional nature that allows effective work both in live presence and at a distance.

In the morning I first switch into the day myself — my state, clearing off sleep, my plans — and then every message lands on a stage I have already set, instead of programming my reaction.

Full pricing and how admission works

The self-paced introductory practice is not built yet. When it exists, this is where it will be. What it will be

Who the programme is for — and what's here for everyone else

The programme is for you if

  • $1,000 a month is a number you can hand over without rearranging your life around it.
  • You already see your own patterns, and you're tired of watching them run anyway.
  • You want a person, not a programme — someone who knows your name and your history.
  • You're ready to be told "not yet" and keep working.

Admission is an application, a review, and an interview. What that interview costs and how the money works is on Formats & Pricing.

If that isn't your situation today

Then the school has nothing to sell you right now — and that's a gap in the school, not in you. Here is what exists and is real:

  • The book. Its beginning is free; the whole of it is $12.99. Read the book
  • The Journal.Articles on the method, published when they're written. The Journal.
  • A letter from meon the day the self-paced course opens — if you leave an email.
Boundaries

What this is — and what it is not

A serious practice draws a clear line. Read this before you begin.

  • Looking for a quick jolt of motivation — this will not give you that.
  • Wanting to consume content passively, without applying anything — the method will not meet you there.
  • Expecting a finished solution handed to you, without doing the practice yourself — that is not how this school works.

Informational Yoga is an educational and spiritual-practical system. It is not medical care, not psychotherapy, and not a substitute for consulting a relevant specialist — and not a substitute for faith, prayer, or the church. Nor is it altering consciousness with substances: we use no drugs of any kind.

The School does not guarantee identical results for every person. The work happens in what you do between sessions with your master — not in the sessions alone.

Every application is read by me — not an algorithm, not an assistant.

You write. I read and answer myself — and if I can see we have something to work with, I invite you to an interview. Some people I tell honestly: not yet. No checkout, no automatic enrollment, no timers. The field is not going anywhere. Neither is the address.
