Refund Policy 1. Membership Fees Monthly membership fees are charged on a recurring basis. The following refund terms apply: (a) Cancellation within 48 hours of the first charge: a full refund is provided if no sessions have been held and the Member has not accessed curriculum content. (b) Cancellation after 48 hours or after sessions have been held: no refund is provided for the current billing period. The Member retains access through the end of the paid period. (c) Disputed charges or technical billing errors: the School will review and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction within 10 working days. 2. Level Assessment The Level Assessment is a conversation with a practical demonstration of skills, for admission to the Advanced (Level 2) and Mastery (Level 3) tiers. The fee is $500. The fee is not refunded and not credited: you are paying for the assessment itself, and in every case you receive detailed feedback with recommendations on what is still missing. If the School cancels the session or cannot fulfil it, the full fee is refunded within 10 working days. For current basic-level students the Level Assessment is free — once every three months; it is part of their membership. The admission interview is free. 3. Integration Pause Membership pauses of up to one calendar month per year are provided at no charge under the integration pause policy. The pause must be scheduled in advance. Fees already charged before a pause takes effect are not refunded. 4. Exceptional Circumstances In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other significant circumstances, the School may, at its discretion, offer a credit or extended pause beyond the standard policy. Contact hello@info-yoga.com to discuss your situation. 5. Session Rescheduling, Missed Sessions, and Cancellation (a) Moving a session you have booked. You can move a session up to 24 hours before it starts. Timely moves are not limited. A move later than 24 hours counts as a late cancellation: the session is counted in your monthly allocation. (b) A session you miss without telling us. It is counted in your monthly allocation — the same as a late cancellation. (c) When we move a session. If your master moves a session, it is not taken from your allocation: you get a new time, and if none is found before the month ends, the session carries into the next period. (d) Sessions not used by the end of the month. A minimum of four sessions a month happen within their month — at every level; those four do not carry over. Everything above the four can be carried into the next period. (e) If life makes this impossible for a while — the integration pause applies (Section 3): up to one calendar month a year, at no charge, scheduled in advance. Cancellation of your membership itself is governed by the Cancellation clause of the Public Offer Agreement (Section 8); this Refund Policy governs only whether fees already charged are returned. 6. Digital Publications (a) Ebooks are delivered in full at the moment of purchase, and for that reason are not routinely refundable once the download has begun. (b) A refund is nevertheless provided where the files are faulty or unreadable, where the edition delivered is not the edition purchased, where a technical fault prevents delivery and the School cannot resolve it, or where the same purchase was charged more than once. (c) Requests are reviewed within 10 working days. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so an approved refund is returned through Paddle to the original payment method. (d) A refunded purchase ends the licence granted under Section 9 of the Public Offer Agreement, and the edition is removed from the Library in the purchaser's account. 7.
