Refund Policy

Refund Policy Effective date: to be confirmed at launch. 1. Membership Fees Monthly membership fees are charged on a recurring basis. The following refund terms apply: (a) Cancellation within 48 hours of the first charge: a full refund is provided if no sessions have been held and the Member has not accessed curriculum content beyond the free Explorer tier. (b) Cancellation after 48 hours or after sessions have been held: no refund is provided for the current billing period. The Member retains access through the end of the paid period. (c) Disputed charges or technical billing errors: the School will review and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction within 10 working days. 2. Assessment Interview The fee for the Assessment Interview ($500 USD) is non-refundable once the session has been confirmed and scheduled. If the School cancels or cannot fulfil the session, the full fee is refunded within 10 working days. 3. Integration Pause Membership pauses of up to one calendar month per year are provided at no charge under the integration pause policy. The pause must be scheduled in advance. Fees already charged before a pause takes effect are not refunded. 4. Exceptional Circumstances In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other significant circumstances, the School may, at its discretion, offer a credit or extended pause beyond the standard policy.
