The Path

The curriculum — a staged path.

Three levels. A clear sequence. Each stage is evaluated by a master, because real advancement requires real assessment — not a test that can be gamed.

Three stages

One clear sequence

Each level builds on the last — from steadying yourself, to deeper self-work, to guiding others. You are never rushed, and never gated by a paywall on readiness.

  1. 01

    Basic programme

You work with yourself — steadying the senses, quieting the noise, building the foundation.

For those beginning serious inner work. No prior experience required — only the willingness to commit.

  2. 02

    Advanced programme

Deeper self-work — deepening the will, working with subtler programs, extending the practice.

For those who have completed the Basic curriculum and are ready for deeper, sustained practice.

  3. 03

    Mastery programme

You can work with people — guiding others through the method, teaching under a master's oversight.

For those who have completed Advanced and have demonstrated the readiness to guide others.

How you advance

How advancement works

Moving from one level to the next requires an assessment interview with a master or a level examination. The cost of the assessment interview is $500, counted toward membership if you continue. This is deliberate: progress in inner work is real, not automatic.

Assessment interview
$500 · counted toward membership if you continue

Why a fee? Because a real master evaluates you — not a test you can game. It is counted toward your membership if you continue.

Every stage is evaluated by a real master — because genuine advancement in inner work can’t be automated or gamed.

No rush, no lock-in

No pressure to commit

Apply first — a genuine application, read by the founder. There is no cost or obligation until you and the founder agree it is a fit.

Move at your pace

The practice is not a race. Stages open when you are ready — not on a timer, not by pressure.

Pausing is part of the practice.

Integration takes time. When you need space to absorb what you have learned, you can pause your membership. Your personal materials — diary, roadmap, notes — remain yours and remain accessible. You return when you are ready. No penalties, no questions asked.

Boundaries

What this is — and what it is not

A serious practice draws a clear line. Read this before you begin.

  • Looking for a quick jolt of motivation — this will not give you that.
  • Wanting to consume content passively, without applying anything — the method will not meet you there.
  • Expecting a finished solution handed to you, without doing the practice yourself — that is not how this school works.

Informational Yoga is an educational and spiritual-practical system. It is not medical care, not psychotherapy, and not a substitute for consulting a relevant specialist.

The School does not guarantee identical results for every person. The work happens in what you do between sessions with your master — not in the sessions alone.

Where do I start?

There is no single starting point that fits everyone — apply, and the founder will help you find where to begin. There is no rush; the practice is not a race.
