Terms of Service Effective date: to be confirmed at launch. 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the School of Informational Yoga platform at info-yoga.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. 2. Description of Service The Platform provides access to educational content, curriculum materials, personal sessions with a master, and account management tools in connection with the practice of Informational Hygiene. The service is provided under the terms of the Public Offer Agreement and applicable membership tier. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or enroll in a membership. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. 4. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify the School immediately at hello@info-yoga.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 5. Acceptable Use You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: share account credentials with third parties; record or redistribute session content without written permission; engage in conduct that disrupts the experience of other Members or masters; misrepresent your identity or qualifications in the enrollment process. 6. Intellectual Property All curriculum content, session materials, recordings, and methodological materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of the School and its masters. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use content for your own practice. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. 7. Limitation of Liability The School is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The School's total liability to you for any cause shall not exceed the membership fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8. Modifications The School may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered Members with at least 14 days notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 9.
