Informational Hygiene — the Method

Informational hygiene is a practice of purifying the inner space — not content to consume, but a method to apply. Three principles structure the work. A staged curriculum guides the path. A master evaluates each step.

What it is

Informational Yoga is a system of conscious work with information at the levels of mind, body, and energy. It adapts the principles of Raja Yoga — working with attention, will, and faith — for the modern world, helping to recognize the activity of the mind, manage inner states, and effectively work with information within and around oneself.

The Three Principles

Purity of Informational Space

The inner space holds everything you have taken in — images, words, emotions, programs accumulated over years. Purity of the informational space means cleansing what no longer serves and protecting what does. It is not about cutting off the world; it is about choosing what passes through.

Embodied in practice:

  • Physical cleansing — identifying and releasing muscular blocks that store informational imprints.
  • Energetic cleansing — stabilizing flows, releasing accumulated knots, and leveling the energetic background.
  • Mental cleansing — working with programs, fears, and scenarios that create inner noise.

Attention–Will–Faith

Attention shapes what enters. Will determines what you do with it. Faith — not belief imposed from outside, but a trust grown through practice — sustains the work when it is difficult. These three are inseparable and developed together.

Embodied in practice:

  • Attention training — focusing on bodily sensations, flows, and informational signals without drifting into fantasy.
  • Will activation — performing actions from the inner center, shifting states, and launching practices through volitional intention.
  • Working with faith — forming an inner foundation that allows transforming programs and sustaining a new state.

Real Interaction with Informational Programs

An informational program is a living pattern — in the body, in the mind, in the energy field. Real interaction means meeting these programs consciously: not suppressing them, not being governed by them, but working with them directly.

Embodied in practice:

  • Detecting a program through the body — finding the sensation that corresponds to the informational structure.
  • Dialogue and acceptance — establishing contact with the program without resistance, which opens the possibility of transformation.
  • Rewriting — changing the source of nourishment of the program, replacing reactions, and forming a new mechanism of behavior.

What we teach

We don't teach how to 'filter content' or 'sit on the phone less.' We show how to consciously build an information environment that nourishes, not exhausts.

What it is not

This is not a content library. Not an app of guided meditations. Not a course with completion badges. Not visualization techniques detached from reality. This is a relationship and a curriculum you advance through under a master. The method works with what you actually feel — not with what you imagine.

How the practice works

The practice of Informational Yoga is not something you consume — it is something you do. Daily practice builds three capacities: the ability to observe your inner state without reacting to it, the ability to direct attention and will intentionally, and the ability to recognize and transform the informational programs that shape your behavior. You begin with the free Informational Hygiene practice — a self-paced introduction that teaches the fundamentals. From there, the structured curriculum (Basic → Advanced → Master) deepens the work under the guidance of a dedicated master. Each level builds on the previous one. Advancement is evaluated by a master, never by an automated system.
