For years, I observed how information shapes our thoughts, emotions, decisions, and, along with them, our lives. At one point, I myself fell into the trap of manipulation. I lived within the framework of beliefs that were not even my own. My "self" dissolved into external influences, thoughts, and the expectations of others. But when I began to work on myself more deeply, everything changed. I went through a long journey, studying and combining Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, breathing techniques, modern psychology, Qigong, and many other methods of working with the body, mind, consciousness, attention, will, and energy. I realized that what shapes our perception of reality is not just a set of thoughts and beliefs, but an informational structure formed from energetic flows, external influences, and internal programs.
I began to understand these processes more deeply:
I detached my own consciousness from external informational patterns.
I explored how information affects the body, emotions, and psyche.
I restored my inner clarity, regaining self-awareness and control.
I was clearing my own inner space, regaining clarity and control.
